I pray you have been enjoying a wonderful summer so far, now that we are over 3/4 of the way through the month of July. Time flies!
NOTE: I have decided to combine my other newsletter (Trinity Tree Authors) with this newsletter (Trinity Tree Books). It was a bit too much coming up with content for two separate newsletters, so now you can enjoy content for writers and readers in one place. :)
The Precious Blood of Jesus
The month of July is dedicated to the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, a devotion that focuses on the lifegiving sacrifice of Christ in offering His blood for us on the Cross. This month, we are encouraged to offer little sacrifices to God, remembering His perfect and ultimate sacrifice. In a special way, priests offer their whole lives as a sacrifice to God in service of His people. I found these lovely weekly prayers to the Precious Blood for Priests if you’d like to say some intentional prayers for your parish priest(s) this week.

What I’ve been reading:
When visiting the National Shrine of St. Therese in Juneau, Alaska, back in May, I purchased a gorgeous deluxe edition copy of The Story of a Soul: The Autobiography of Saint Therese of Lisieux. I have been bringing the book with me and reading short snippets during Adoration. The gold foiling, red ribbon, and hardback binding make this a lovely keepsake.
