I don’t know about you, but I love the month of June! The weather is starting to be amazingly warm and optimistic, summer is just around the corner, and everyone’s moods seem brighter. And … not to mention the Church celebrates the month of Jesus’ sacred heart in June, the feast day being June 27.
It’s been a busy past few months, but they have been joyful months, and I am again continually reminded and grateful for the gift I have been given to pursue what I love through my small business, Trinity Tree Publishing. I am blessed to walk alongside so many of you who are looking to indie publish your books, and I couldn’t be gladder to do so.
Editing! Editing! Editing!
A big part of what I love about helping authors is offering freelance editing services for both fiction and non-fiction books.
I offer editing packages at all stages of the process, including developmental, line/copy edits, and proofreading. I also recently added one-on-one writing coaching, manuscript review, and proposal/pitch help to my list of services.
Below you’ll find a sampling of just some of the many books I have been privileged to help edit. From the collection of works below, you can see I’ve worked on a variety of genres and target audiences, which is such a blessing!
I want to give a particular shout-out to author Angelina Salvaggio, whose debut novel, Secret Dwellings, was released last month! Her storytelling is amazing, and I absolutely loved being her editor. :)
If you’d like to look into working together on your own book, check out my website editing page below!
What I’ve Been Writing!
I’ve been editing, but I’ve also been writing! I’ve been hard at work revising Book #3 in my Rosary Invitations Series, Cultivate Faith, which is set to release in just over three months! I love all the covers in the series, but this one is my personal favorite! Thanks to Kelsey Gietl for her lovely work on the covers for this series.
Cultivate Faith: The Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary as Invitations to Humility is a Catholic devotional journal helping readers move from suffering to faith, pride to humility, and surrender to a savior, through the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary.
This devotional is interactive and intended as an individual or group resource. Included but not limited to, this book features scriptural passages, reflections, and personal anecdotes from the author as well as activity suggestions for combating suffering and pride. Also included are declarations of faith to be recited before each Hail Mary and spaces for readers to write notes, personal prayer intentions, and letters to Mary.
Honestly, I have been really resonating with the content in this book, and I am so excited to finally be able to share it with you come September!
Consider pre-purchasing your copy today to help support my work!
*FREE* Books!
Who doesn’t love free books??? I’ve been going through my stack of author copies, and I have several older editions that I am looking to send to readers for FREE. You heard it: free! My only request is that if you enjoy the book(s), please leave a review! These copies are either early versions that still contain some typos, versions that were ARC copies, or versions with older front or back covers. The best part: The main content is absolutely the same as the current published versions. :)
I have two copies of my debut book, Breathe Deeply: The Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary as Invitations to Peace, with the original cover and some typos.
I have one copy of an advanced reader copy of my newest release, Gather Together: The Luminous Mysteries of the Rosary as Invitations to Friendship, with the not-for-resale bar across the top and some typos.
I have three copies of The Exile, book two in The Divided Kingdom Series, with my original back cover and some typos.
If you would like one or more of these books, please message me, and I’ll make sure they get to you!
